Q: Can minors come to see a concert at Floore's?
A:
Our shows are almost always all ages. Occasionally specific shows will require age restrictions, and will be noted as such. If tickets are sold in advance, everyone must have a ticket--NO EXCEPTIONS. Some shows have an additional "minor charge" for guests under 21, which is NOT included in the price of the ticket and is to be paid at the door. Be sure to call and check for each show!
Q: What is the re-entry policy at Floore's?
A: Adults (age 21 & up) may come and go as they please. Minors (under 21) will not be allowed to come and go after they have been admitted.
Q: How can I purchase tickets for a concert?
A: You may purchase tickets by calling Music One Live at 210-695-8827 ext 2, by clicking here, or by coming out to Floore's. Be sure to call and check our hours! We do not sell advance tickets for all shows, so please be sure to check the calendar. Advance ticket sales typically end at 5PM day of the show. After advance sales end, you may purchase tickets at the door. You must be present to purchase, because no physical tickets will be given out at the door. Once the doors are open for a concert, it becomes a cover charge, rather than giving out physical tickets. Please note that minors (those under 21 years of age) may not "come and go" once admitted for most shows.
Q: Are there ever any reserved seats for a concert?
A: Sometimes we will offer a reserved section in addition to general admission. However, for all outdoor shows, we have The Back Porch at Floore's available. This is sold very quickly, so be sure to call as soon as tickets go on sale!
For some indoor shows, a limited number of tables may be reserved, just call us for more information!
If you have any special needs, please do not hesitate to call us at 210-695-8827 or email us. If you are in a wheelchair, use a walker, etc, we will let you in up to 30 minutes early, so that you can claim a good spot.
Q: May I get a refund on unused tickets?
A: No, Floore's Country Store does not provide refunds on ticket purchases, however, you may pass the unused tickets along to friends or family for their listening pleasure!
Q: Can I bring a chair to outdoor shows?
A: No, we have picnic table seating available outdoors and tables with chairs indoors. There is also plenty of standing room. Also, other prohibited items include: food, drinks (including your own liquor), video cameras, recording devices, and pets. If rain is in the forecast, please bring a poncho rather than an umbrella. Umbrellas block the views of other patrons and can cause harm.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: All shows are rain or shine.
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat?
A: No. For most shows, we have tables available. Almost all shows are general admission, meaning that seats are first come, first served. Also, please know that arriving to a show early helps ensure a seat. Guests do tend to stand in front of the stage, so please know that your view may be blocked by those standing in front of you. Some shows are standing room only. If this is the case, it will be noted on your ticket or on our website calendar.

Q: Where is the link to print my Print@Home Ticket? What should I do if I am having difficulty printing out my e-tickets?
A: On your email confirmation, look inside the outlined box, on the right side under Shipping Information. See graphic.

Q: Where should I park for concerts?
A: There is parking available all up and down Old Bandera and Riggs Roads. This parking is available at no cost. Riggs Road (by the traffic circle & Mander Automotive) is often overlooked, but provides plenty of free parking. For some concerts, a field across the street from Floore's and a field at the corner of Old Bandera Rd and Bandera Rd are available for parking. These fields are in no way associated with Floore Country Store and we do not control when it is used or what is charged to park in this area. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not block driveways or fire hydrants.View larger map here.
